Suggested NEW forum layout

I would like to suggest a new layout for forum. Can we do this John? Does any buddy have any suggestions? Does everybody agree with the parts that are open and closed to the public?

i have done most of it, i will do the rest later, if the Mods could help me move things about, to the right section now please, u move a section by clicking at the bottom, move, and click the right area to move i to, don't leave a shadow behind,

@ JSK = I know how to lock forums and such, im still learning the ways, so if you need me to move things around for you, i can. I just need to know what im looking for.

Folks, create a usergroup for party members...and with that group you can give additional rights...like lock certain sections only for the pp, vp and party members

the PP and VP has Mod Rights,

anyhelp would be great to move things over, it says at the bottom of each topic it says quick mod things, and click move, then u click the right section, and don't click leave a shodow, it will then be moved
